No one really expects to change. But we do; life changes us, our choices change us. It’s amazing sometimes how much long-term impact a simple choice can have.
Ask yourself: “What am I choosing today? Where do I see that choice taking me?” When you’ve come up with your answers, write them down and post them where you’ll see it daily.
Believe in yourself; I know you can do it!
